Action Plan
Our roadmap for scaling NCEAN includes reaching every district of Bharat over the next five years. It includes yearly events, stakeholder-specific roles, funding mechanisms, and a monitoring and evaluation system. Pilot programs, like district-level curriculum labs and mentorship cells, are described in detail. The plan also emphasizes policy alignment and advocacy strategies to embed community engagement in national and state-level education policies. NCEAN Action Plan would cover:
Introduce a national student community engagement credit system
- Reach 680 districts across Bharat
- Connect with 20,000 educational institutions
- Orient 50,000 faculty in community-based pedagogy
- Involve 50,00,000 students in community engaged learning
- Create national repository of local professions and community engagement projects
- Conduct annual community innovation challenges, interactions and exhibitions
